📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR events and activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to build a career in this field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the HR department.
