Luxury Brand Manager

The Valiram Group is Southeast Asia's leading luxury retail and brand management group, and we are currently seeking a visionary and highly experienced Luxury Brand Manager to join our prestigious team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's success, managing and developing luxury brands to ensure they align with our group's vision and values.

As a Luxury Brand Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of luxury brands, from market entry to brand growth and sustainability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring that our brands remain at the forefront of luxury retail. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the chance to make a significant impact on the luxury retail landscape in Southeast Asia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for luxury brands, ensuring alignment with The Valiram Group's vision and values.
• Oversee market entry strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and brand positioning.
• Manage brand development, including product innovation, design, and quality control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Monitor brand performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of brand strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Represent The Valiram Group at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury brand management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing luxury brands.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Familiarity with luxury retail industry trends and best practices.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in luxury brand management or a related field is a plus.
