📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Optimize and secure cloud resources on AWS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues.
• Implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.
• Certifications in AWS, CCNA, or similar are a plus.
• Proven experience with network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
