• Identify and evaluate potential mining projects, conducting thorough due diligence to assess feasibility and viability.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and local communities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
• Oversee the financial performance of mining projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities, and proactively seek out new investment prospects.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building the company's reputation and network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining investments, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian mining industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent English communication skills.
