In this role, you’ll be the face of BukuWarung, providing personalized support and guidance to merchants using our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) solutions. You’ll build strong relationships, understand their unique needs, and help them maximize their business potential. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to merchants using BukuWarung’s EDC solutions
• Assist merchants in setting up and optimizing their EDC devices for seamless transactions
• Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention
• Educate merchants on best practices for using EDC devices and maximizing their business potential
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new merchant opportunities
• Monitor merchant performance and provide insights to the sales team for targeted interventions
• Stay updated on industry trends and BukuWarung’s product offerings to provide informed advice to merchants
• Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for merchants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the financial services or e-commerce industry
• Proficient in using EDC devices and related software, such as BukuWarung’s EDC solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with merchants
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address merchant concerns and opportunities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Certification in customer service or sales is a plus
