📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics and KPIs using SAP and Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the coatings or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successful procurement projects and cost savings.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
