📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing excellent customer service to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas.
• Assisting with the preparation of food and drinks when necessary.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions securely and promptly.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assisting with the opening and closing of the restaurant, including setting up and cleaning tables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a beachfront or high-end restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for food and hospitality, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Valid food handling certificate and good hygiene practices.
