As a Deputy Chief Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that meet the needs of our clients and the community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate large-scale civil engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Oversee a dynamic team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Represent the company in client meetings and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Primavera, MS Project, or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
