📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users.,Perform routine maintenance on network equipment.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies.,Provide technical support to employees.,Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.,Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps.,Collaborate with the IT team to improve technical processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network equipment and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
