📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address HR challenges and opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Design and deliver HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Lead and mentor HR teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strategic focus and a track record of successful implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and achieve measurable results.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
