📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the company's assets and personnel.,Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats in a timely manner.,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.,Train and supervise security personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle various security situations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall security of the company.,Maintain and update security systems and equipment as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Certification in security management or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Proficiency in using security management software and equipment.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
