📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure that all products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.,Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.,Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet the required standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all production activities.,Provide guidance and support to junior production staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.,Experience with production scheduling and planning software.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with industry safety regulations and procedures.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong leadership and management skills.Experience with lean manufacturing principles.Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.Ability to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen.Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality standards.Experience with production equipment and maintenance procedures.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
