📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth running and high standards of service.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing training, support, and motivation.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.

  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
