📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the food delivery service in Pontianak.,Manage and mentor a team of area managers to ensure high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve service quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successful sales and operational management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with food delivery operations and customer service standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
