📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.,Train and motivate sales staff to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.,Promote products and services to increase sales and brand awareness.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
