Global Concrete is looking for a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Dili. This remote position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to be part of a growing company. As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers and delivery teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and safety.,Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing materials.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Work with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate distribution of materials.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and supervise warehouse staff.,Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
