Life Moon Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for creating a positive shopping experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure store goals are met.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and trends.,Fluency in both written and spoken English.
