📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions to ensure we are hiring the right talent.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for the roles.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and support the hiring decision-making process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company culture and values to ensure we are attracting and hiring the right fit for our team.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to manage multiple hires simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
