PT Bintang Terang is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and we are seeking a professional who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of HR processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with recruitment and administrative tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update employee records and databases,Process and verify payroll information, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits,Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews,Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records,Provide support to the HR team during peak periods or special projects,Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding employee information

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field,Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and databases,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
