📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and recruiting to onboarding and developing team members.,Develop and implement strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.,Develop and implement training and development programs for team members.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in hiring and developing top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
