📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize delivery times and costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and maintain the condition of delivery vehicles.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Provide regular reports on delivery performance and suggest improvements.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of delivery strategies.,Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in good condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating delivery operations.,Excellent knowledge of the local area and ability to plan efficient delivery routes.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with delivery management software and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
