📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service quality.,Manage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.,Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Represent the company at local events and community engagements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and financial responsibilities.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
