📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Support the store manager in various administrative tasks, such as reporting and data entry.,Assist in organizing store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.,Keep up-to-date with store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail administration or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proactive and detail-oriented attitude.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
