📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end operational workflow of the SPX Express hub, ensuring seamless logistics and inventory management.
• Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Implement and optimize operational processes, utilizing tools such as SAP, JDA, and other logistics software.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices in logistics and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance and productivity of the SPX Express hub.
• Represent Shopee at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices in logistics and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations, with a proven track record in managing and optimizing supply chain operations.
• Certification in Logistics Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including SAP, JDA, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
