📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging coding and game design lessons for students aged 6–17
• Utilize industry-standard tools and software such as Scratch, Unity, and Unreal Engine
• Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to provide personalized instruction and feedback
• Collaborate with the Algonova team to develop and update curriculum materials and resources
• Monitor student progress and provide regular reports to parents and educators
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in coding and game design education
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our teaching methods
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and innovation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching coding or game design to students aged 6–17
• Strong knowledge of coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#
• Familiarity with game design principles and industry-standard tools like Unity or Unreal Engine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire young learners
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Certification in teaching or education (preferred but not required)
• Passion for fostering creativity, innovation, and continuous learning in young minds
