📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing retail sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the retail industry.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing campaigns.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in sales processes.,Participate in sales promotions, events, and trade shows to showcase our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decision making.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with the retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
