📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular quality checks on coffee products to ensure they meet our standards.,Monitor and maintain quality control processes and procedures.,Identify and address any quality issues to prevent them from affecting our products.,Work closely with the production team to ensure quality standards are met.,Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.,Participate in training and development programs for quality control staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant quality control software and tools.,Proven track record of ensuring product quality and consistency.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
