📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.,Manage and oversee the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation and performance.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.,Manage social media presence and engage with customers online.,Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.,Organize and execute marketing events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
