📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests arriving at the front desk,Check guests in and out, and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, and escalate issues as needed,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations,Assist with the management of the front desk area, including cleaning and organization,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience,Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Familiarity with hotel or customer service software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluent in Indonesian and English
