📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Field Sales Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring sales activities.,Visit and meet potential and existing clients to discuss product offerings and address their needs.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and proposals to the management team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Provide training and support to junior sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
