Answering customer inquiries and providing product information,Promoting our products and services to potential customers,Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Providing excellent customer service and support,Tracking and reporting on call performance metrics,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluent in Indonesian and English (spoken and written)
