Accounts Executive - Dynamic Financial & Project Support Role

MIMS is seeking a dynamic Accounts Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend analytical expertise with collaborative teamwork, ensuring financial efficiency and project success. As an Accounts Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving our financial operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

In this role, you'll manage financial records, prepare reports, and analyze data to support decision-making. You'll also collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting, all while contributing to a vibrant, international work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other financial software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting for various projects.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support project planning.
• Process invoices, payments, and reconcile accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
• Support the finance team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide financial support to the sales and marketing teams, including tracking expenses and analyzing financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
