📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the Tax, GL & Statutory Reporting Unit, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax laws, financial reporting standards, and internal control policies.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.,Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address financial and reporting issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax, accounting, and financial reporting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and internal control policies.,Proven experience in leading a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
