📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user guides, API references, and other technical materials.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Mentor and guide junior technical writers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Experience with software development processes and methodologies.
