📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies promptly and effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Educate and train new nursing staff on best practices and procedures.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage and allocate nursing resources efficiently to meet patient needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is required.,Experience in a similar role within a hospital or healthcare facility is a plus.
