Apotek Joko Sembako is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of store assistants to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock.,Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or pharmacy environment.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.,Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
