📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Reviewing financial records, transactions, and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to management.,Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in financial reporting and operations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and financial analysis tools.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
