📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage key accounts and develop long-term client relationships
- Drive sales and achieve quarterly targets
- Provide market insights and recommendations to clients
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Wine & Spirits industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Certification in Wine & Spirits (preferred but not required)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
